But where is the lab? This is a kitchen. There is no lab facility here. The National Public College in sector 4 at Uttara. They have rented their classrooms to different organizations. Let alone the students, no teacher can be found here. Nobody is here. Where are the teachers? Where are the students? The college is here. And the art school is upstairs. College is closed.
